From this beautifully restored holiday home, the guests can sit and enjoy beautiful views of the vineyards, as well as an on-site garden pool.
Easily accessible from the motorway, the modern farmhouse offers comfort and close contact with nature. The farmhouse enjoys air conditioning in the bedrooms and is fully equipped for carefree family holidays. The cozy living room is on the ground floor and facing a comfortable kitchen. On the first floor there are rooms with access to a spacious terrace.
The living room is restful, with board games, flat-screen TVs and a sofa bed for extra guests.
The kitchen is equipped with four induction stoves, a microwave oven, a toaster and a refrigerator with freezer.
The sleeping area is ideal for a family who wants to stay in comfort and includes: a spacious master bedroom with double bed (and two foldable single beds) and a bathroom with luxury shower; a double bedroom with a foldable baby bed in addition with its private bathroom with luxury showers; all mattresses are very comfortable.
Outside, the sunny panoramic terrace with a view of the valley offers a panoramic setting to relax with a good aperitif, while the portico area offers a place for relaxed outdoor dining. A small gate next to the pool leads to the orchard and then to the convenient parking area. All fenced and closed with a driveway gate.
A couple of deckchairs, sun loungers, a garden and an outdoor pool (open from June 1st to September 15th) shared with the owners offer a wonderful excuse to immerse yourself in a classic holiday period.
The owners live next door and are always available for green area/pool maintenance, as well as for advice and tourist support.
The house is well restored so it is suitable for families or couples, respectful of the building, of silence and of nature.
Position
The position of the house is ideal to tour around Basso and Alto Monferrat , and discover all the treasures that this splendid land can offer.
Montferrat ( in Italian, Monferrato) comprises roughly the modern provinces of Alessandria and Asti. Montferrat is one of the most important wine districts of Italy. It also has a strong literary and culinary tradition, so much so that on 22nd June 2014 Montferrat was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- The beautiful Alba is only 40 mins away.
- The centre of Turin is one hour away by car. Turin is rich of glamour and culture (its museums: Egyptian Museum, GAM, MAO, Mauto, Cinema Museum, the Savoy Gallery, Agnelli’s private collection...).
- In one hour by car one can reach the historical thermal baths of Aqui Terme, with its thermal treatments in sulphureous waters.
- In one hour and thirty minutes drive, one can reach the Ligurian Coast and Genova, or the lively centre of Milan.
- Barolo, Roero, Barbaresco, all sites nearby that are home for the best vineyards the world over.
- Portacomaro, hometown of Pope Francis’s family, is 5 km from the house.

Activities
The house offers a solarium for relaxing moments in the sun, a swimming pool for cooling and an orchard for strolls and reading in the shade of the trees. There’s a garden with tables and chairs where spending evenings, and a small garden from where the owners get the best products of Montferrat.
Thanks to a net of organisations on the territory, the owners are happy to organise for their guests a number of activities such as:
